A Postcard from Coralie and Camille

At Touriste we love receiving postcards, so we asked our favorite globetrotters to write to us…
We are happy to share this monthly pleasure with you !

From Hauteville sur Mer

A little about ourself …

Coralie and Camille, lifelong friends and now partners at the helm of the artistic direction agency Atelier Deux-Cé. We love to travel, often together, for our clients who have the great idea to open hotels in Landrellec, Minorca, or Saint-Barth, but also in vans or camper vans with our families, every summer.

We are writing to you from …

From Hauteville sur Mer, a charming little village located between Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière and Rue de Paradis, in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, where we are fortunate to have large and bright offices! It’s not super exotic, that’s true, but it’s a place we really love.

My Tourist moment …

Tourists with a bit of a split personality, we love both nights at the campsite and luxurious hotels. Total improvisational tourists, we adore not planning anything other than tickets and letting ourselves be carried away. We love the unexpected and remaining open to the unknown of travel. Backpacker tourists, we’re not afraid to drive (sometimes a lot) and we never tire of seeing the landscapes pass by. Foodie tourists at heart, ready to cross an entire city to try out a new spot or taste the best specialty sandwich.

Our upcoming night at the hotel …

At Camping Liberté Landrellec and we can’t wait!

The travel of our dreams …

The one we haven’t done yet!

In our suitcase …

Lots of film rolls and analog cameras, all the clothes we can’t wear to work, a sketchbook and materials to fill it, some good books, and most importantly, a few coloring books to keep the kids occupied, so we can enjoy everything we mentioned above!

Our favorite tourist song …

« On va s’aimer dans un avion, sur le pont d’un bateau … ».

More seriously, “Heart of Gold” by Neil Young (unless we get harassed to listen to Henri Dès!).

First Travel Memory

Sailing with the family in the Mediterranean or in Brittany!

Regards,
Coralie et Camille
